The Grandview Suite was lovely! Very clean and comfortable. The heated floors and fireplace were a nice treat on a chilly day. Perfect walking distance to downtown Guelph. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - couldn’t get enough of the hot breakfast sandwich! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

For our 5 year anniversary my partner and I stayed in the Grandview Suite. I'm glad to say the experience was fantastic, the owner was friendly, helpful, and able to accommodate our special requests. The jacuzzi was definitely a great way to relax and enjoy our stay. The room was clean, put together well, and very cozy. Ordering the in-room breakfast allowed us to request what we would like (French Toast, with Sausage) and it was absolutely fantastic. After our experience we cannot wait to go again!

I was googling a non traditional hotel for my fiancee and I to spend our wedding night this year and stumbled upon the guest house. From the beginning Janet was more then accommodating. When COVID-19 changed things for the worse in terms of our after wedding meal, again Janet was there to step up and create a night that we'll always remember. The room was very well kept and clean with a lot of character. I would have liked the hot tub to be a bit warmer, but the stand up 2 person shower more than made up for it. Even the small details of in room flowers and small cards at our table and punch for our meal was something that we definitely appreciated. We could not have been more thrilled. Not light on the pocketbook, but 100% worth it. We will be back for sure!

Norfolk Guest House was the perfect place to spend a night away over the Christmas break. The Grandview room was super comfortable, clean and spacious. It was very hard to leave the jacuzzi! I highly recommend the charcuterie spread. Already booked a room for Valentines Day!

What an outstanding home very close to downtown Guelph. The gardens are amazing and the owner is super accommodating. You cannot go wrong if you choose to stay here.
